The Lawn Whisperer
The Lawn Whisperer can actually talk to your lawn, plants and garden, and tell you if you’re watering too much and how to change your water use habits. The Lawn Whisperer campaign grabbed homeowners’ attention and helped curtail water-wasting habits in a funny and memorable way in the DFW Metroplex. This campaign utilized a wide variety of media—from TV to radio and outdoor to online. It was one of the most successful water conservation campaigns in the country when it ran.

The iconic Peps stuff catalog. Yes, I helped develop the overall name and look of the promotion, that got much press because of the controversial Harrier Jet commercial, which I was not a part of.
Burlington Northern and Sante Fe Railroads wanted to let shippers know that they could work with a single point of contact to move their goods acroos country. In other words, BN SF were playing ball with each other to make it happen for their customers.
Glacier Commercial Realty sought to create an unconventional brochure to demonstrate their unwavering commitment to providing their clients with precisely what they required.
RadioShack was moving into their new and gigantic campus and neede a manual/brochure to help guide their workforce in the building.
Capital Fundraiser Campaigns
I’ve had the honor of working some wonderful fundraising campaigns over the past few years. Here are a few of them.
We collaborated with 6Stones, a nonprofit, to raise funds for their new Hope Center. Through direct mail, email marketing, and collateral, we helped them secure the necessary funds, enabling them to move in on time and within budget.
Key School, a Fort Worth area school serving students with learning differences, urgently needed to raise funds for their new building. We devised a successful fundraising campaign, enabling them to move into their new, fabulous facility.
Texas Health Resources raised most of the funds to complete renovations of their award-winning Margo Perot Center for Women’s Health. Our direct mail, email, and online campaign helped them finish the project.
